We tackle a wide range of social, Economic, Health, Educational and Environmental issues such HIV and AIDS, Empowerment of High School teachers and trainers in Innovative Teaching Strategies, Training in Team Building, Leadership and leadership development and the design of programmes/ Projects for communities etc…and we have a distinct and valuable role to play in helping create a strong, sustainable and socially inclusive human development innovatively and efficiently. We are a dynamic, customer focused development organization and we are dedicated to provide professional and customer oriented services through a highly skilled, diverse team of facilitators/Trainers working in a seamless manner to contribute to the socio-economic empowerment of individuals, workforce and assist medium sized enterprises and organizations.

Social and economic transformation: We are striving to contribute to the transformation and development of South Africa and African Continent at a later stage. This is done through empowering our young staff to become economically viable and experienced so that they can contribute and compete, both locally and internationally. We also strive to a major contribution towards sustainable development in South Africa and African continent.
Fundisanani Training and Consulting’s main activities are the provision of training and capacity building through the use of young trainers/facilitators. Our training programmes address the issues of healthcare promotion, conflict resolutions, crime, violence and rape in society, leadership development skills, economic empowerment and business development for previously disadvantaged people. Be believe that when we empower the people we empower the nation and we secure a brighter future for all.
We start first by empowering our young trainers by linking them to resources that they need to improve their economic statuses. Then we empower individuals within their organisations so that they can as well contribute to their well-being and the productivity of the organisations and that of the nation.
