The major mandate of FoK will be to recruit and train Ambassadors of Change/Change Agents who will in return train others. These will be leaders who will be able to influence others and act as accountability checks from the grassroots to the national level. The Ambassadors will be working through Communities of Practisce (CoPs) which will be forums for learning, mentoring and knowledge exchange.

What you can do for the Face of Kenya:

1. Recruit 10 ambassadors/change makers to create a new Face of Kenya
2. Use our skills, time and resources to shape the future of Kenya by training and supporting other Kenyans to become vigil and influence communities for social change
3. Become Face of Kenya Ambassador because you believe that it’s the youth who can change this country and you are willing to be part of the process.
4. Identify community leaders who can benefit from FoK trainings
5. Inform us of local opportunities we can use to anchor FoK in your area like a church meeting, mosques, football matches, chief barazas that we can use to publicise FoK
6. Support the ideals of FoK
7. Update us on what happening in the grassroots
8. Share with us any idea that we can use to transform our people and liberate this country.
9. Invite us to talk and train in your forums
10. Developing the FoK publicity materials; T-Shirts, logos, posters, banners
11. Promoting the ideals of FoK among your community, friends and relatives
12. Strategic advice to the FoK team at the national of local level
13. Mobilising local resources that can be used for training and organizing community forums
