Vision:
As an African development solutions centre, we want to become the catalyst for propelling rural poverty reduction through sound and good governance practices among the key opinion leaders, particularly Ghana and Africa in general. To ensure that all underprivileged children and the youth have access to basic needs as a tool for reducing rural poverty. Through sensitization on conflict situations, encouragement of good governance practices and mobilization of the vulnerable for crafting solutions to their plights.The organisation intend to to be focus it agenda to the rural folk to ensure deepening participatory planning in their own development pogrammes. We also believe to reach every part of Africa in our long term projections.

Eminent-Citizens Foundation (ECAF) is a non-governmental organisation focused on integrated community development programmes aimed at developing and building strategic alliances between the community development stakeholders, ECAF and its allied partners for sustainable rural and peri-urban development in tune with United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and NEPAD agenda to reduce poverty by 2015 and beyond. Against this backdrop, Eminent-Citizens Foundation or otherwise known as ECAF, established June, 2004 and legally registered as a rural network organization to identify and address issues of the most deprived communities and challenged individuals in entire Africa. It focuses on promoting accelerated local development through involvement of the beneficiaries on issues of community development, good governance & conflict management, environment & health management, micro-finance support for women, vulnerable and the youth in particular.
