Ecoteer is very different to other volunteer companies and we believe we are one of the very few true ethical and responsible volunteering companies. We are responsible because we have taken out the middleman. Over 50% of our projects are free and if you do have to pay money you give it direct to the project that way you know 100% of your money is given to the project! Not many volunteer companies can say that! The only money Ecoteer makes is via your membership fee. This means Ecoteer is more of a facilitator and enables projects with low income to have web presence for which we charge no fee to the projects.

What does the organization do?
Ecoteer provides volunteers with the opportunity to volunteer cheaply. We provide placements at ecolodges, schools, conservation projects, orphanages and humanitarian aid. We also promote responsible travel and have asecion dedicatd to it as well as a guide to how to be a responsible volunteer.
Opportunities for Youth
Ecoteer volunteers work at several schools, orphanages and community projects. At these projects children are taught english and their general standard of life is increased. Ecoteer volunteers have helped children become more confident and even one of our children in China is writing the monthly...
