The Youth Desk provides an integrated vision of the Churches expressing through the following aspects of ministry with youth: developmentally appropriate, youth Friendly, Intergenerational, multicultural, community-wide collaboration, leadership, flexible and adaptable programming.

Our mission is to “Helping youth Pastors, youth workers and the youth with what matters most” and in order to live into this authentically we dreamed about creating a face-to-face experience where youth Pastors, youth workers and the youth gathered in an caring environment where relationships are built, conversations flowed, deeper thought was inspired, people were valued, hearts were encouraged, souls were nurtured, Jesus was celebrated and lives were transformed by God’s loving presence.

CCN's youth Desk is the voice of the young people in Namibia, no matter who they may be or what they have gone through because the primary focus of the youth ministry is to reach out to the young people to embrace their gifts and to walk with them in their process of becoming all they can be. The Youth Desk is passionate about loving Jesus, the youth, and youth workers.

The opportunities for the youth are to get training on HIV/AIDS, Alcohol and drug abuse prevention, Human Rights, and many more so that they can become peer educators and facilitators in their own communities and churches. There are also opportunities for them to be interns at CCN.
