The mission of the Center for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance is to institutionalize ethical and transparent business operations in the Russian Federation, the Independent States and Eastern Europe. We believe the private sector in this region is in a strategic position to effect change around the issues of transparency, anti-corruption, the rule of law and good governance.

The Center for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance performs the following services:
• Conducts seminars, workshops and trainings in the field of business ethics and corporate governance;
• Develops and disseminates toolkits that help company management adopt best practices of business ethics and corporate governance;
• Helps develop codes of conduct and corporate governance;
• Conducts surveys and research on local business practices; and
• Drafts legislation, performs research and analysis, conducts seminars for government officials on ethics.
