The Caspian Environment Programme (CEP) is a regional programme for and from the five Caspian Littoral States, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkmenistan, aiming to halt the deterioration of environmental conditions of the Caspian Sea and to promote sustainable development in the area.
