* CPRN provides a neutral space where decision-makers, stakeholders and the public can feel comfortable sharing different perspectives and advancing new ideas
* CPRN is an independent organization; our research is evidence-based, not ideologically-driven
* CPRN's respected research is widely disseminated free on the Internet and is provided as a public good in the interest of fostering dialogue and debate (1.95 million visitors to our Web site and 1.9 million downloads of material in 2006).
* CPRN relies on diverse funding sources to ensure independence.
