APASE is an organization open to all diverse cultures, free from all prejudices and biases, in order to foster cooperation among various cultures. It strives to cultivate the values of fellowship, service, in virtues as well as nurture the welfare of its members and commit itself to establishing close ties between communities and uphold moral dignity.

APASE is an organization open to all diverse cultures, free from all prejudices and biases, in order to foster cooperation among various cultures. It strives to cultivate the values of fellowship, service, in virtues as well as nurture the welfare of its members and commit itself to establishing close ties between communities and uphold moral dignity.
APASE adheres to the principle that the continued efforts of different countries toward globalization will improve the cooperation between nations. It will be a venue for university students to interact among themselves in order to realize that despite a difference in opinions, they are capable of synthesizing ideas and understand one another.
