The new Arts Umbrella is now open! After 11 months of construction, Arts Umbrella has completed the first phase of a two-tiered capital expansion project adding 7,000 square of space to our existing facilities.

The new Arts Umbrella is now open! After 11 months of construction, Arts Umbrella has completed the first phase of a two-tiered capital expansion project adding 7,000 square of space to our existing facilities.
The addition, designed by Gregory Henriquez of Henriquez Partners Architects, includes a new dance studio, theatre studio, multi-media lab, handicap accessible elevator and administrative offices. All visual, performing and new media arts courses are up-and-running in the original and new building spaces, which makes for an exciting 2000-2001 season ahead for Arts Umbrella and our students.
