The Arab Digital Expression Foundation (ADEF) is a Cairo-based non-profit organization, a network of artists, educators, training professionals, techies and experts supporting and mentoring young talents in the Arab region

We are working on promoting the use of ICT tools by Arab youth for digital expression and artistic creation through digital sound and music, digital filmmaking, animation, Web 2.0, sports and arts workshop

We are working on promoting the use of ICT tools by Arab youth for digital expression and artistic creation through digital sound and music, digital filmmaking, animation, Web 2.0, sports and arts workshop
In 2005, in an effort to revive the Arab Computer Camps , 50 Arab thinkers, artists, experts, techies and educators met in Beirut and Cairo to analyze the needs in ICT development and free expression in the region. Expression, technology, art, creativity and the Arab identity within Arab youth communities were discussed in depth; conclusions were drawn from months of research and consultation.
As a result, tow Arab Digital Expression Camps was organized in the years 2007 and 2008, for 98 youngsters from Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Morocco and Yemen.

The Foundation organize multiple and sustainable residential summer camps in different Arab countries for Arab youngsters aged 12 – 15.
