PROJECT STITCH GOALS:
- To expand the Digital Quilt globally to raise HIV awareness locally and globally.
-create innovative mentorship opportunities to encourage youth leadership, teach new skills and serve as a model for healthy community development in the area of HIV/AIDS.

As one of Canada’s first organizations to respond to HIV, AIDS Vancouver has been dedicated to raising public awareness of HIV and AIDS since 1983. Our programs and services have touched and improved the lives of tens of thousands of people living with AIDS or at risk of becoming infected with HIV.
In partnership with youth from across Vancouver, AIDS Vancouver has developed PROJECT STITCH, a youth-focused AIDS education and awareness project designed to raise public awareness of the impact of HIV in Canada and abroad while highlighting the importance of December 1st, World AIDS Day.
