Youth have employment, volunteer and peer outreach support opportunities. The organization hires youth to conduct outreach, develop communications and provide direct services to clients and vulnerable community members.
Youth have leadership opportunities by being involved in some of the committees and on the board.
Plans are underway to develop International Youth Internship opportunities where youth would have the oppotunity to work directly with AIDS Service Organizations in African countries for short periods
