Mother and Child Centers is a major drive to establish maternal health desk in public clinics offering family support to people in rural communities. These centers provide free, quality medical services and care, to pregnant mothers and children in rural communities of the Volta Region.
The centers also serves as a resource centre for the training and supporting Traditional Birth Attendants (TBA’s) and volunteers in neighboring communities with working tools.
