AHI is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the promotion of adolescent health and development. We serve as a leading advocate and catalyst for change in the present poor health status of Nigeria's adolescents by increasing public awareness and implementing innovative education, healthcare and youth development programs. Our conviction is that adolescents need to be aware of the various factors that influence the experiences they have at this stage of their lives and that providing them with this knowledge and life planning skills will empower them to make informed and responsible decisions concerning their sexuality and life directions.
