Parish Youth Council (PYC) Philippines-Pagbilao formerly known as “Buklod Diwa ng Kabataan” is a not-for-profit youth religious and community organization under of Parish Pastoral Council(PPC) recognized by Roman Catholic Church and of course our local government here in Philippines. We had known as most active youth organization, devotedly in helping young people to entrust a role to play in the church and in society. Most of our spiritual activities and community projects deal with the development aspects of the youth such as social, emotional, intellectual, moral, and faith dimensions with a strong performing, spiritual, and marketing base. Even we are under of Parish Church, we not advocate, support or practice discrimination based on race, religion, age, national origin, language, sex, sexual preference, or any physical handicap. Established in November 21, 1990 at Parish of St. Catherine of Alexandria V.M., Brgy. Sta. Catalina, Pagbilao, Quezon Philippines. Today PYC have almost 500 memberships active and inactive volunteer youth around the province/city, divided in 12 functional, solidify youth groups:
