Invest in frontline programs and community partnerships.
Help to increase the community's capacity to respond to challenges by raising and investing financial and human resources (e.g. Fall campaign, Gifts-in-kind Program, Days of Caring).
Help community groups increase their capacity to respond to community needs by providing training (e.g. Community Conference) and ongoing support (e.g. Evaluation Workshops).
Encourage voluntarism and philanthropy in the community-at-large.
