Through an increase of mobility and the need of flexibility people have to deal more often with others, who have a completely different background. The societies are not enough prepared and ignorance cause conflicts all around the world. Even in one society different backgrounds between groups cause conflicts. The World Initiative of Students for Exchange has as vision a world of open-minded people who are able to deal with each other with respect and understanding. To reach this WISE will focus on student, as they will form the leaders in politics, industry and economy. Through our project we want to increase mobility and exchange with all kind of people. Exchange about knowledge and culture are important fields beside others. This can happen on globe scale and as well as e.g. in different faculties. WISE is to make people open minded and has to remain open for students, as they will become the power over the world later. It is recommended to include global aspects as here is the highest diversity and the most need to solve ignorance.

WISE can provide various services in order to achieve its purposes

To reach more opportunities to travel easy and get to contact with locals, a system is needed where student can invite each other

::: Courses
Courses should be on global level and take more than five days including arrival and departure to make the trip worth
