The International Association for Religious Freedom was organized in 1900 to resist intolerance. Its members today include Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Humanists, Jews, Muslims, Shintoists, Sikhs, Unitarians, Universalists, and members of indigenous communities from more than thirty countries on four continents. The IARF welcomes into membership any individual or group that endorses the fundamental human right under international law of freedom of religion or belief.
