Create public awareness; collect, archive, share, publish and disseminate valuable information and knowledge on arts, art movement, art history; social traditions, social progress, development and achievements; promote the rich cultural diversity; historical and civilization values through media, publication and electronic platforms.

Organize arts, social development and cultural related events, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums and conferences to encourage public participation in order to create a better understanding, appreciation and acceptance of the rich Chinese heritage and its complex social values.

Foster and develop bilateral relationship, cultivate a level of understanding amongst the large Chinese community living within the regional ASEAN neighbourhood; and to enhance the existing China-Malaysia friendship programs through strategically well organized arts exhibitions and cultural exchange programs amongst other such activities.

Promote the collection, appreciation and acceptance of intriguing artworks of different forms and medium; and to make known priceless and timeless artefacts of great social representation and historical values.

Promote students exchange programs, educational tours, trade exhibitions, arts, cultural and educational exchange events as well as cultural tourism amongst the regional ASEAN neighbourhood and China, using Malaysia as a hub of exchange.
