SALTS is an ecumenical Christian forum whose purpose is to raise young men and women who are emotionally, spiritually, physically, intellectually/mentally and materially sound. SALTS prepares these young men and women for leadership positions, either political, business or spiritual, at their various countries. SALTS build them to conduct themselves in the pattern of truth, integrity, honour, compassion and live their lives by acting for justice, the dignity of the individual and ethical behaviour.

SALTS encourages or charge these young men and women to act as a catalysts for the restoration of the Kingdom of God in their daily endeavours and communities. They are taught to pursue excellence in whatever they do and be at the forefront of activities that will lead to the development of their countries and the world as a whole. By word and example, they reach out to other young men and women to assist them in committing their lives to Jesus Christ so that they can in turn affect their societies positively.

The work of the SALTS includes organising a once in a year international conference, which will be held at any chosen country (interested countries will have to bid to host this conference). This conference will feature reputable international speakers including political leaders, educationist,...

The work of the SALTS includes organising a once in a year international conference, which will be held at any chosen country (interested countries will have to bid to host this conference). This conference will feature reputable international speakers including political leaders, educationist, business leaders, sportsmen/women, spiritual leaders, diplomats, etc. It will feature special presentations from participating countries such as cultural exhibitions, work of arts, talent showcase, paper presentations, innovations, inventions, etc. It will also include sports/games (physical and intellectual), visits to tourist sites, visits to hospitals, prisons, orphanage, special project involvement and special awards for deserving leaders and young men/women. This conference will last for one to two weeks. Participants will have to pay a token fee to be a part of this conference. SALTS will work hand in hand with various Christian youth bodies and Church organisations to organise this event.

SALTS local chapters will organise tours, picnics, sporting events, retreats, seminars, musical concerts, dinners outreach and breakfast meetings in choice restaurants, hotels and high-class entertainment arena. These programs are aimed at reaching out to other young men/women. These events will be held quarterly at various chapters.

SALTS will help showcase and promote talented Christian young men/women across the globe through its YOUTH WITH A TALENT (YWAT) a media program which will be produced in collaboration with Christian Broadcasting Network or the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

SALTS will work with reputable educational organisations to organise long and short courses/workshops for intellectual development, manpower/skill development, and spiritual development for its target audience. All will be done to subsidize these courses or workshops so as to make it affordable.

The SALTS ROLL YOUR SLEEVES program will afford young men/women the opportunity to be involved in serving with various humanitarian organisations most especially during disasters. As part of the SRYS program, young men/women will also be involved in community projects, serving in Churches, serving in orphanages, old people homes, etc.
