To bring organizers of events together to share ideas, problems and solutions, improve the quality of the participating events, give support if necessary in organzing with tools or just an hint. A second but very importend aim is to create a kind of standard and quality sign. This gets the more importend since last year there got an fake event up which riped ppl the money of. So the standard should ensure for participants - the is a real event, there is discussion, there is culture and its non profit.

Currently we have a real working meeting in autumn this year in Riga where most of the participating Convention Organzing Comitees will participate. In the end of day, there are plans to bring up a body and a more powerful infrastructure to its members. So we mainly keep communication between our members to achive our vision. Provide an infrastructure to get it running and living. Organzing Meeting-Events where face-to-face communication is possible to get the network more stable. Train our members for organizing mid-size to large international youth events, aquire resources and so on.

The participating Events are usaly youth oriented and therefore if we improve the quality of such events, the youth can get more out of it. And as youth itself is organzing it, they get trained through the meetings for problem solving and organzing mid-size to large international youth events.
