The ANHSH is an Umbrella Organisation of the non-profit human services of Hungary. The number of our registered member organisations is more than 100 – they cover the whole territory of Hungary. The member organisations are workimg in 6 professional departments according to the fields of the human services as follows: unemployment; elderly-care; family-, child- and youth-care; assistance for those who are being addicted, sanitation and rehabilitation, assistance for homeless. For our member- and partner organisations we are: - organising trainings that help their effective activity and active cooperation, trainings that make them acquainted with the conditions and possibilities of the joining European Union, - organising conferences that help the conversation between the sectors, the forming of Hungarian human quality tenders based on international experiences, with the participation of international specialists, - publishing in the above mentioned themes foreign special literature, respective publications based on our own researches. Henceforth our organisation: - in close co-operation with the contacted ministries and non-profit organisations – takes an active part in the acknowledgement, forming of legal and taxative conditions of the Hungarian volunteering practice, as well as in the acknowledgement and spreading of the international volunteering, - organises training on volunteer employment, - organises the acknowledgement and spreading of the LETS – system through publications, trainings, conferences.
