EXPERIENCE CULTURAL EXCHANGE LIVING AND GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT VOLUNTEERS is a merger of two organizations one being an international non-governmental organization and the other a Community-Based Organization
EGDV offers opportunities to volunteers interested to participate in providing manpower to community groups.
our volunteers are placed in projects that range from:
Physical work such as:
- Construction of buildings i.e. schools, clinics, water tank, social halls bridge e.t.c
- Rehabilitation (renovation) of rundown facilities like plastering, painting, fixing e.t.c
- Agricultural enhancement program like weeding, planting, harvesting ploughing

Community service such as:
- Volunteering in orphanage (children homes), homes for the aged assisting in the day-to-day running.
- Volunteering in hospitals/clinics
- Teaching in institutions (schools).
- internships depending on volunteers interest
- We also have special programs for volunteer with special need (disabled persons)where we deploy them on either internship or workcamp.
All our programs are done in a workcamp seting which run for a period of 3 weeks depending on the nature of project.
-we have cultural safaris which run for 1- 2 weeks maximum. Get to explore and experince Local African Rythmn of life with different local community groups in Kenya.
