This Organization was created out of the vision to help underprivileged to bridge the Developmental gap that exist between the more endowed communities to the less ones and more especially helping the youth in Ghana develop to acquire the requisite skills for living to meet the ever-growing challenges of this world.

1. To foster collaboration among persons and with institutions engaged in Advocating in Child/Youth Rights, Youth Reproductive Health, Youth fighting against HIV/AIDS and Girl Child Education.

1. To foster collaboration among persons and with institutions engaged in Advocating in Child/Youth Rights, Youth Reproductive Health, Youth fighting against HIV/AIDS and Girl Child Education.
2. To stimulate interest in Child/Youth Rights, Youth Reproductive Health, Youth against HIV/AIDS and Girl Child Education issues among the Government Agencies, Civil Society, Private Sectors and NGO’s.
3. To develop viable relationship with policy makers, opinion leaders and programme managers at all levels with the view of achieving the overall goal of the Organisation.
4. To organise seminars, conferences and workshops to disseminate Child/Youth Rights and Development, Youth Reproductive Health and Child Rights issues.
5. Identifying problems militating against the development of the Youth in Ghana and around the globe and finding possible solutions to them.
6. Seeking funds from local and International Organisations and Philanthropist to help in the Development of the Youths and to provide social services (i.e. support and care) for the underprivileged particularly children/youth in Ghana.
7. Training Youth to be Anti War Advocators and fighting against HIV/AIDS.
8. To assist rural communities in development of matters relating to their health, water and sanitation
9. To assist in the development of human resource in the rural communities.
10. Developing the Youth for leadership role and organising youth for voluntary work in various communities.
