Inspiring,motivating,and empowering youths from different ethnics,tribes,religions,cultures,and perspectives in a given environment through media and using information communication technologies(ICT) will not only affect and transform the lifes of the youth positively,but will also create a platform for a peaceful co-
existence among the youth,tremendous improvement in their way of life,and sustainable development in their respective communities.
This will eventually provide the indigenous youths in different communities in Africa with the necessary skills and resources to achieve their desired future,great Africa, and the world of their dream.

MISSION
Considering the importance of Information communication technology
(ICT) in media for disseminating valuable informations,idealogies and laudable concepts,ViCAf is set to bridge the gap in communications and eventually create a platform on which there will be opportunity for interested individuals(youths) to become literate in information technology with the aim of improving the traditional indigenous ways of communications in their respective communities.
ViCAf will create opportunities for indigenous youths to have access to valuable informations and know more about what is happening around them in order for them to be relevant in this 21st century.

3. Create opportunities for every young people to express their views,opinions and perceptions in order for their voice to be heard on any issue of public importance,through various media channels.
4. Organizing, honouring invitations,and participating in seminars and conferences on youth and information communication technology(ICT)
5. Organizing special educational, inspirational and motivational lectures for secondary school pupils and youths on various issues of student interests.
6.Partnering with other media organizations to implement laudable concepts, ideas and projects by youths and youth-led organizations .
7. Creating more awareness and publicity about HIV/AIDS,drug abuse,child trafficking,child abuse and other social vices through rally,concerts,shows e.t.c.
8. Dissemination of valuable informations,ideologies and laudable concepts to indigenous youths through televison,radio,print media,internet and journals.
9. Create opportunities for indigeous youths to be computer literate through training and seminars.
10. Absolute PEACE campaign in Africa and the world at large.
