SPARC (Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child) is a non-profit, registered, non-governmental voluntary organisation based in Islamabad. It works for the promotion and protection of the rights of the child.
SPARC's membership is open to anyone who supports its goals. It has a decentralized organisational structure. Individual members can organise to form local sections. These local sections decide the policy of SPARC as each local section is represented on the Council. The Council has direct authority. An Executive Committee supervises the day-to-day running.
