CAP is seeking young people that wouldo be interested in forming an international team that will guide the development of the website (technical skills not necessary). This is where we need your support! The CAP website team will begin to work on a 'look' for the website and search for specific content. We would like to be as creative as possible. If you or anyone you know want to get involved - contact us immediately!

ENTER THE WEB DESIGN CONTEST!
We are running a web design contest for young people to suggest blue prints from which further consultations can occur on the CAP website and to assist CAP to identify a young person who can do the technical work on the site. Deadline for submissions is October 31, 2003.
