Promote the creation of Cells (Núcleo de Inteligência e Interação--NII) of Social Action in each school. Coordinated by the students (with the possible help of teachers and school staff), through discussions and group meetings, it organizes the projects the students will be involved with and creates their own Vision.

Each NII is associated with a brother NII, pairing up Public and Private schools. Brother NIIs work together 1) exchanging life experiences between students of different social backgrounds; 2) creating common Goals and Vision, that will serve as a direction for social/ cultural/ economical/ educational/ ICT projects, and 3) dividing participants into connected and complementary groups according to each one’s personal interest and talent—where they can study/ train together, expand knowledge and apply it through the creation of projects.
