The Frankston Mornington Peninsula LLEN is a group of organisations and individuals interested and involved in Post Compulsory Education, Training and Employment. Membership is open to any individual or organisation.

Th objectives of LLEN are to:
* Maximise education, training and employment opportunities for young people.
* Monitor the progress of young people as they undertake individual pathways.
* Maximise opportunities through partnerships between industry, schools and the community.
The key role of LLEN is to:
1. Plan for the provision and support of post compulsory education, training and employment focussing on the needs of the individual, with the emphasis on 15 - 19 year olds.
2. Develop Creative and innovative approaches and initiatives.
3. Promote and collaborate approach between providers of programs and services.
