The Liberian Youth Investment Organization (LYIO)
intends to consciously target key problems affecting the growth of Liberia and African youth today; yet pressing challenges facing various communities and develop them through practical means and find relevant solutions to these challenges. At least every community in Liberia and Africa will reach a level of development that is most dignifying to the total and holistic progress of mankind. This would be tackled through sustainable projects, advocacy, education (vocational training) and infrastructural facilities. This will in the long term protect and restore the quality of human life and also develop various communities for the youth to live a better life. We hope and pray that you will find a way to be of help and a blessing to this organization by aiding us.

Our activities are governed by the following principles:

(2)sustainability of educational programs.

The Liberian Youth Investment Organization was established and born under a very strong passion and this can only be done by proper implementation and by making relevant differences in the lives of the youth and in their communities. The main focus would be in aiding and working together to promote good education by providing vocational and technical training, and educating the youth to discover and develop their resources. We actually do not want to give ears to the voice of the poor and needy because they have voices but because we want their voices to be heard by spotting out hidden talents in them and also promoting them to the fullest of their various carriers. Our philosophy is that we want African youth to have self actualization and the confidence to move forward. It is our aim and dream of bringing development to their door step.

This organization which is the Liberian Youth Investment Organization is a non-governmental organization that was established August 11, 2008 in the Republic of Liberia and we actually seek to promote the general well being and the development of the youth using appropriate structures and financial means to enable them to meet up with the expectancy that is expected of them. We also want to practically and effectively initiate proper implementations and enhance programs and activities that would in the long run go to benefit African youth and their various communities or localities we choose to work in.
