We envision a society that ensures old persons and their dependants, especially orphans and other vulnerable children under the care of elderly, are provided with care respect and opportunity to participate in development. To improve the standard of living of the elderly, orphans and other disadvantaged children through catering for their needs as well as supporting their economic initaitives so as these people can live a condusive life like other members in the community.
