KYCC wants children and adults to join in our prosperous National heritage and give opportunity to them to get knowledge and create ideas through workshops and playing in the community.
KYCC educates and creates ideas for children and adults to share experience with each other for self-development and for the community to protect culture, peace and environment.
KYCC encourages the members and volunteers to try to narrate playing materials for children that we can find in the local country and community for Physical education, ideas for children and adults.

KYCC is a local non-governmental organization, it is non-profitable, non-partisan and is not involved in any politics, it was established by a core group of Cambodian Members that set up KYCC on January, 01 2001. The duration of activities is limited according on the statutes and standing rule of KYCC. KYCC was registered with Ministry of Interior (MOI) in 2003. Until now we are have member's 118 people 55 girls 63 boys who joined our activities and register with our members organization and core volunteers. We are have advisors 7 person from difference organization to help us.
