The association hopes to work with local and foreign partners and especially with the women themselves, with a view to raising the standard of living for the female members of the Cameroonian community who at present have a very low standard of living due to (i) poverty, (ii) illiteracy, (iii) timidity, (iv) inadequate awareness, and (vi) lack of computer and other marketable skills.

Organizing training seminars and workshops to train women in appropriate techniques of Conceiving, Designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a project;

Organize round table conferences, make publications in the newspaper and participate in radio and television talk shows ,so as to give information on issues related to women and youths.

Mogelijkheden voor Jongeren
Most of the staff are youths and youths are highly encouraged to work by giving them chances to volunteer.
Projects related to youths issues are given priority. Youths are encouraged to register as members and the payment for membership is not exorbitant so youth can afford the cost.
