P.Y.F. Programmes includes;
(a) Youth Empowerment;
With three sub-Programmes under this programme, P.Y.F. is committed in empowering by training them on entrepreneurship skills to help be self employed and manage their business appropriately and connect the both the starters and young entrepreneurs with micro-finance institution in order to acquire funding for their initiatives. We are also committed to a society where leaders obey the will of the people and their interests. And a community where people respect one another for the purpose of community development.
(b) Gender Mainstreaming
We advocate for equal rights, opportunities and responsibilities in all level of leadership in the community. This through organising open forums where opinion and policy-makers interact with the people at ground to share and exchange their views. Also we advocate for the rights of a girl mother (those who conceive at the early stage in live and are facing social changes like community rejection) and their roles in the society.

P.Y.F. has trained peer educators who go to school and discuss with the students on matters concerning Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health. We also do advocacy by training members of the community and organising events in the community as one
Way of reaching wider community.
(d) Talent Search and Nurture.
The group mainly deals with performing artistes. We have a programme where kids are being trained in stage performance, dancing and oral narratives. In partnership with Y-Tap, P.Y.F. is looking forward to advance the talents in youth for economical benefits. P.Y.F. has been organizing culture and art exchange Programmes with youth in Kenya, Holland and Eastern Africa.
(e) Environmental conservation.
P.Y.F. as organization is concern with the fight against global warming. We have been planting trees in public lands around Langa’ta search as schools, chief camps and Ngong forest. We are looking forward to start CFA in Kibera to help in conservation of Ngong forest. Also we are planning to launched three million tree planting campaign in Nyanza late this year
