The vision of Edetanlen-Elliot Foundation is the significant impart on turning around the deplorable and embarrassing social, economic and political situation in Nigeria and other African countries of similar socio-economic status, by empowering their youths to be economically prepared and engaged. This we aim to do by rendering assistance and support to university students across the countries by way of provision of books, leisure facilities, lectures and scholarships.

It is our firm belief that the more educated and exposed youths of these countries are, the more likely they are to shun corruption, mismanagement and nonchalant attitude towards work and the society. This will help Nigeria and the countries to rapidly develop and be truly great, rather than remaining "potentially" great for so many decades.

Edetanlen-Elliot Foundation has emerged as a centre to garvanize and aid the acquisition of academic knowledge, sensitization and sanitization of social and political polity

-Organization of and support for Seminars, Symposia and/or Lectures on Political, Social and/or Economic issues
-Donation of free reading materials to tertiary institutions
-Provision of recreational and social facilities
-Encouragement of vibrant advocacy through provision of competitive awards in Departments of Law in various universities
-Law School sponsorship for eligible Law graduates

Essentially, the Foundation is youth-focused; to empower the youths to maximise their potentials by assisting them to develop their gifts and opening opportunities that would position them to take up leadership positions in future and transform their economy and societies.
