We, Youth Career Development Zimbabwe (YCDZ), envision ourselves to be the key and reputable players in career development and youth empowerment initiatives. We envisage being leaders in providing a world where youth live with hope and unlimited opportunities for themselves and future generations. We would like to see the young ones growing up with good intentions and responsibilities.

YCDZ involves itself in the promotion of human rights, good governance and youth career development initiatives. In our lobbying and advocacy initiatives we do the following
•Organizing workshops and public lectures for career guidance and personal development

YCDZ involves itself in the promotion of human rights, good governance and youth career development initiatives. In our lobbying and advocacy initiatives we do the following
•Organizing workshops and public lectures for career guidance and personal development
•Collecting literature relevant to academic and social advancement and surrender it to Better Schools Programme (BSPs)
•Organising get-together fellowship groups which encompasses sporting, debates, visits among other social activities (sporting and cultural activities)
•Undertaking community service activities (participating in public social service)
•Facilitating discussions on peace building and national healing.
