A world in which children are protected against expliotation, abuse and were every child is given opportunity to find his or her own level within society in which there live.
Child trafficking, sexual expliotation, lack of IT training, street children are some of the issues that inspire us to work for the disadvantage. Due to poverty and other societal inbalance more and children are in conflict with the law. Children of prisoners and juvenile offenders also minspire us. We are motivated to work to see these children have abuse fee childhood, work with prison officers to help juvenile offenders integrate into their respective society. We beleive we can. We like to change the way people look at children of prisoners, children who have being abused, children who lack IT training among other thing.

ATCN is committed to addressing poverty that affect children to the externt of child abuse and to work towards changing old values in other to assist the child to find his or her full pontentials.
We have device ways to meet our goals. One of our projects is to aquire used computers from either Europe or the US and set up an IT center for disadvantage children not only in the Gambia but in other parts of Africa where we have membership.
Another project that is also in planning is to organise visit to children of prisoners as well as lunatics in prison. Get those who are not in school because one of the parent is in jail to do so.
We are doing child rights promotion activities for sometime.For this purpose we have published three easy to read books. Al ready over 2000 copies of these books have being distributed world wide. We will like to continue communicating with children in this way.
We are about to sign an MOU with the local enviromental agency that will permit us to address enviromental issues that confront not only our country but the world in general.
As for sexaul expliotation our organisation is working closely with other agencies to address the situation. ATCN will continue to do more in this reagrds.

We recognised that children and youth are the back bone of any society.There form the core of our dessison making process and always made to take leadership role in implementation of programs.
Our organisanal structure is such that it takes into consideration the views of children and youth who are capable of expressing themselves. The dession to jion TakingITGlobal was done by members during a meeting held today 02/04/2009. Our organisation is an equal opporunity and gender sensitive. We give chances to girls and act as a group.
