To see a more safer,healthier,developed and help unite the world where young people are free from all kind of diseases, fear of natural disaster and recognizing the importance of integrating young people who may be marginalized for reasons of gender, religion,ethnicity, disability or social as well as geographical dispensation. COYPED engage in any lawful acts or activities for which NOT-FOR-PROFIT Organization maybe organized under the act adopting the new Association Law of the Republic of Liberia, approved May 19, 1976, and published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia on January 3, 1977.
b. To implement community developmental projects (construct/renovate hand pumps, Latrines, schools, arm-chairs, and desks; as well as to engage into volunteer, humanitarian and community services.
c. To provide apprenticeship and scholarship as well as skill training for adolescent, under privilege, war affected and marginalized youths and children as well as to help reintegrate them into the society.
d. To help reduced the number of HIV/AIDS affected people by providing training and establishing HIV awareness clubs in various schools and communities as well as using soccer/sports as a tool to communicate health education messages, in particular messages focusing on HIV/AIDS prevention.
e. To help reduce the number of youth at risk and fight against drugs and alcoholic abuses as well as to increase awareness/advocacy campaign on child protection, corruptions and other societal ills.
f. To engage in small scale livestock and agriculture projects.
g. To establish and or organize study classes and recreation activities and sports for the less fortunate, marginalized and underprivileged as well as vulnerable children.
h. To establish youth resource tele-centre (internet access and training centre) and libraries for marginalized and under privilege youths.
i. To contribute to the success of the Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) and Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by mobilizing communities and creating awareness and sensitizations.
j. To help fight against Rape, Sexual & Gender Based Violence (SGBV), and Violence Against Women (VAW) by producing educational materials (posters, banners, stickers and flyers) as well as using soccer as a tool to communicate awareness and sanitizations messages.
k. To provide civic education for citizens across the country and mobilize communities on health, social, economic and developmental issues.
l. To organize and host soccer tournaments in various communities with various youth groups and foster peace, friendship and reconciliation amongst marginalized, war affected and under privilege youths as we as to engage into grass root soccer development.

COYPED in collaboration with its partners will build its members and other young people capacity in the following areas: Data collection , HIV/AIDS prevention Computer Literacy, etc.
COYPED will provide training for its members and other young people through workshops, internships , and seminars.
Provide temporary employment for its members and all young people during projects and or programs implementation.
Provide the environment for cordial interaction between members, stakeholders and mentors through knowledge sharing, lectures and intellectual symposium .
Create the opportunity where youth participate in national development policies. help solicit capacity building programs that enable young people to build to capacity.youth have opportunity to learn from their friends, we also help war affected youths in reintegrating into the society. youth are alway engage into development, and peace related matters. help youth solicit apprenticeship for marginalized and war affeceted youth. youth are educated to sexual expoiltation and absue (SEA), stop prostition, and drug absue. ............................
