The Talented Youth Theatre is a youth organisation formed on the 28th of January 1998 by Charles Nii Ayiku. The organisation is interested in the health and socio-economic needs of the youth both locally and internationally. Realizing the essence of the good health as well as a sound social environment, the Talented Youth Theatre have outlined various programmes and policies that would promote the welfare of the youth especially through drama, drumming and dancing. Considering that, the socio-economic welfare of the youth of Ghana is fundamental to the development of the nation, thereby this organisation.


MISSION

Our mission is to use drumming, dancing and drama as a mean of communication to transfer information on youth issues and also sensitize the youth to appreciate their rich African culture.

VISION

That young people would know about themselves, be responsible adults, and appreciate their culture.


OBJECTIVES

To promote the ideas of youth both locally and internationally
To promote cooperation, understanding and friendship between youth of Ghana and other people locally and internationally and also assist the youth to appreciate their rich African culture
To create a framework for solution of social economic and health issues especially reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, drug abuse, conflict resolution, reconciliation and peace building.
To bridge the gap between the urban and rural youth by embarking village or rural outreach programmes.
