Our mission is to be a facilitator in the effective and empowering use of ICT tools by development and social justice actors in Southern Africa.

Since our inception we have viewed ICTs as a tool that can build the capacity of organisations and the communities they serve. SANGONeT’s work is therefore customised to support both those who are exploring the possibility of using the Internet and those who already have ICTs in place, but are not using it to its full potential.

SANGONeT has developed a reputation as a well-respected Southern African service provider of a broad range of ICT services. We are committed to providing these services to people and organisations that are in the forefront of responding to the development challenges facing the Southern African region

Our primary role is to facilitate the sharing of information, build capacity, and link people and organisations through the use of ICTs.
