Achievers International® runs an enterprise and citizenship project for students of all ages. Students form a classroom/youth club based company and import and export products with a foreign partner school.
There is a simple 10 step process which all groups follow; form a company, use on-line training, get to know your partner group, exchange product ideas, conduct market research, raise capital, order goods, import/export, market and sell imports and close the company.
And to help make the project a success we provide you with:
1. A foreign partner school
2. On-line training materials
3. Support by phone, fax and e-mail
4. Local support from business people
5. Discounts and benefits (e.g. free banking, discounted shipping)
6. Organised events to meet other members of our global network.
What are the benefits?
As well as being a non-competitive programme open to all students, Achievers International® encourages use of ICT facilities for a practical purpose. All in all, it’s a fun way to learn and engage student interest! Teachers get the unique opportunity to work with their students and share in their successes. Positive publicity, exchange trips, international friendships, and cross-curricular learning are a few more goods reasons to get involved.
And if that hasn’t convinced you…
Over 25,000 students from 33 countries have participated in Achievers International® since it’s inception in 1995. And most importantly…
100% of teachers and 96% of students would recommend it!
