Upsilon Phi Sigma academic honor and excellence fraternity and sorority, envisions the organization to be the leading Greek organization in the Philippines that creates sustainable projects for the development of the country and while fostering unity peace and prosperity amongst its members.

We do activities such as sponsoring the 1st Summit for young Dumaguete Leaders (for Leadership, Values formation, and health advocacy), the 1st inter-high school art-attack (promotion of Nutritious Food for the youth's health, celebrates with the Nutrition Month), 1st AcadThon (Program enriched activities for the youth promoting the Millennium Development Goals, School Campaigns and Advocacy Against Smoking, School Campaigns and Wide-Infodrive on the Millennium Development Goals, Sponsoring Visayas Youth Gathering for the Millennium Development Goals.
