Our mission: To establish systems and structures that will provide opportunities for youth to make responsible decisions concerning their development. To that effect EVA will utilize youth friendly approaches to provide information, services as well as develop advocacy initiatives through partnerships with other affinity groups.

Advocacy on OVC education issues, life skills and HIV/AIDS education for OVC, IGA for caregivers of the OVC; HCT for youths, formation of post-test clubs and provision of referral services for HIV positive clients, anonymous RH and HIV/AIDS counseling Hotline.

Anonymous Reproductive Health information and HIV Counseling and Testing on a toll free line, access to youth friendly HIV Counseling and Testing services, access to income generating activities for adolescent OVC, opportunity of membership in the EVA youth advisory board,
