With more than 28 million dead and 15 million orphaned, the disease continues, wiping out whole societies, threatening economic infrastructure and creating tragic family devastation. We provide life-saving medication, support, and orphan care, to keep these children and families alive. Keep a Child Alive gives 100%* of public donations to our cause.

Keep A Child Alive is currently funding 14 sites in 6 countries. These community-based organizations have the skills to provide HIV/AIDS care, but are impeded by lack of access to treatment and medical professionals. They often need the infrastructure to take their organization to another level....

Keep A Child Alive is currently funding 14 sites in 6 countries. These community-based organizations have the skills to provide HIV/AIDS care, but are impeded by lack of access to treatment and medical professionals. They often need the infrastructure to take their organization to another level. Frequently woman-run, they are unable to access funding from big organizations like PEPFAR and the Global Fund. We fill in that gap.

Keep a Child Alive has a program called KCA College, which allows college students to join the fight against HIV/AIDS. Our Mission: KCA College is an action-oriented network of college students dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic on campus and in the greater community, and taking action by providing ARVs for children and their families living with AIDS in Africa.
