Seeking as well as creating scholarship and bursary opportunities.
Organizing essay writing and debate competitions.
Monitoring and working on improvement of the schools’ academic performance.
Keeping records on members’ academic progress for better opportunity creation.
Student partnership i.e. linking students across boundaries.

ii). Finance and Project Management Department
Equipping members with project management skills for establishment of Small and Medium Enterprises [SMEs]
Initiating and management of the association’s projects like Tents and Chairs, Crop Husbandry e.t.c.
Creating a Savings and Credit scheme

iii). Ethics and Morals Department
Offering counseling and Guidance services.
Organizing leadership workshops for students’ leaders.
Reinforcing good moral conducts in the schools with rewards.

iv). Welfare Department
Creating employment opportunities for the members.
Organizing functions i.e. Graduation Parties, Reunions, Get-Together-Days e.t.c.
Volunteerism

A) Health Sector
Noting that 80%-90% of the world’s deaths arise from preventable diseases, the association found it wise to give health an outstanding and separate entity under the welfare department.
The following activities so far are the ones short-listed to be done by the sector;
Reinforcing the works of the Schools’ Health Department by channeling it to the Ministry of Health programmes for the schools.
Carrying out health education especially on epidemics and disease outbreaks.
Carrying out nutritional education by creating awareness on good feeding habits and food hygiene. This we hope shall prevent occurrence of Balumia nervosa and Balumia anorexia cases.
Offering Reproductive health services for instance; sex education, awareness on STD’s prevention among others.
Carrying out routine counseling and medical examination especially on most abandoned infectious conditions like Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B among others.
