 Mission/Vision
The purpose of our site is to support and help Jordanian and Middle Eastern Alternative and Underground bands, singers, writers, photographers and Artists in general, through interviews, reviews and articles about such artists in addition to organizing events and manging such artist.
What does the organization do?
Basically, this organization is completely web-based. We have an amazing team of young, fresh and "alternative-minded" contributors, writers, editors and administrators, that will be offering in-depth and detailed content about the alternative cultures and scenes in Jordan and the Middle East.
Opportunities for Youth
The reason we started AlterJo was, because, watching all those young and talented musicians, writers, photographers, designers, artists in general come out of Jordan and the Middle East trying to spread a new and modern kind of art without any kind of media coverage or support, trying to fix that...
