The young people who successfully completed their secondary education but due to one problem or the other could not further their education to the university level. The skills available include the following:
• Skill Acquisition Projects: Computer training, Electrical installation & Auto –Electricians, Motorcycle Mechanics, Barbing Saloon & Hair Dressing Saloon, Fashion Designing/Tailoring & tie and dying, Welding & Carpentry & Joinery, Printing Technology /Lithographic * Design & Graphic, Interior Decoration, Vulcanizing.
