To help start a new global conversation about HIV and AIDS in hopes that those who are HIV positive might not live in fear of disclosing their HIV status and helping others to understand what we go through when we do disclose. We also seek to help newly diagnosed individuals by providing them with a free copy of the book so they can see what others have experienced and hopefully find new ways of disclosing without fear.
