The organization is aiming at creating a way for students and youth to improve their talent of creativity and empower them to use it wisely. The organization is looking in the future for students and youth to use their potentials in creating job opportunities. We have made up our minds to make sure that student and youth work ant to be fighting.
The organization is not only aiming at creating job opportunities for student and youth but also to work for the country and other organizations in other to achieve the millennium development goals and improve leadership among student and youth. The organization believed that working with student and youth is the best way to put an end to the wide speared of HIV&AID among youth in this nation.

To impart leadership quality skills into secondary school students and youth of this nation.

Open minds and encourage communication among youth with various backgrounds;
Benefit youth with fewer opportunities and disabled youth;
Empower greater youth involvement in local community activities after the exchange.
Provide each student with a positive impetus to his personal development and multicultural awareness.
